SAUVIGNON
Radiant white with subtle aromas of bell pepper, banana and apple and a dry, velvety palate. This grape, one of the greatest of Friuli winemaking, reveals all its elegance and style.
Origin: Friuli DOC – Estate in Tauriano (PN).
Grapes: Sauvignon (100%).
Vinification: in steel vats.
Appearance: straw-yellow with lively greenish tinges.
Nose: intense and long-lasting, with yellow bell pepper, banana and melon.
Palate: aromatic and alluring.
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Ideal serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Pairings: fish dishes.
